Our aim is to make it straightforward – to listen to you, not to talk in jargon, and take a step by step approach and walk you through the good and the bad and what to expect from not only us but the lenders, the solicitors and the other parties involved in taking out a mortgage.
We are solution oriented and will liaise with lenders, valuers, solicitors, estate agents, accountants, employers etc to help you make it happen. We will always tackle financing your property with a friendly and realistic approach.
To us it's not just another mortgage - we know that this is both your home and/or probably your largest financial commitment and we will look after the transaction as carefully as we would look after our own.
We offer a personal service with out of hours home visits by appointment, but we understand this is not always possible, and we can offer our full service by telephone.
A fee of £395.00 is payable on receipt of mortgage offer but deferred until completion to cover mortgage advice and arrangement. We will also be paid commission from the provider.
